BASH is a music and lifestyle brand located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We are registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Rotterdam under nr: 81862741.
For the purpose of data protection BASH is the designated data controller.

For the purpose of clarity the following terms and meanings are defined below.

The subjects below will explain how BASH collects, stores, uses and protects the personal data you provide us through the BASH website. We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. In the event that we ask you to provide us with personal details on this website, please be assured that it will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. BASH might change this policy at certain times by updating this page. If this happens we will notify you about these changes and the reasons via email.

What type of data do we use?

We might collect or receive personal data from you via this website, one of our social media channels or otherwise. Receiving your personal information may happen by you providing it (e.g. when you create an account, when you contact us, when you purchase from our website), or we might collect some browserOm info (e.g. using cookies to understand how you use our website). What information is being collected depends on the interaction you have with our company. Please note that no data is being collected without permission. In order to process your order correctly we will specifically use the following information: Name, delivery address, phone, email address, creditcard/payment details. We use this information to do the following:

- To process and fulfill your order;
- To contact you about your order by email or whats app;
- To create reports and analyse customer behaviour;
- To send you our newsletter (if opted in).

Creating an Account

When creating an account, you will be required to fill in: Name, home address, phone, email. This is also required when not placing an order at that time. Should you want to have your address details deleted while maintaining an account you can request this by sending an email to:

Who will have access to your data?

We will not sell, lease or distribute your personal information for marketing purposes.
However, we may have to share some information with third parties to be able to process your order correctly.
This will include:

- Payment providers: so you can pay for your order securely;
- Parcel/postal services: to make sure your order reaches the correct address.

Please note: If we are legally obligated to we may also share your personal information with governmental and law enforcement agencies.

How long will we store your data?

We will store your details for as long as you keep your account. We are under legal obligation to store data regarding financial transactions for up to 5 years. You may request to have the details related to your user account deleted. More info on that below. Please note that transactional data can only be deleted after 5 years.
