Amang Djaso is a producer/DJ hailing
from Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
Being a fan of UKG he was fascinated with the transition
into Grime and Dubstep which eventually inspired him
to start DJ-ing and pushing these sounds himself.
This led to a playing a number of events
throughout the Netherlands and eventually landing
a radio slot on the Essex based Nasty FM
and later on Operator-Radio in his hometown Rotterdam
where he hosted a show from 2017 till 2020
with former collaborator Sun O.C.
Currently, while still in love with DJ-ing,
the focus is a bit more on making music however.
Around 2016 he decided to learn more
about production himself.
After spending a couple years to do so
he started to send out a few tracks which
eventually led to plays on stations such as Rinse FM,
Mode London, NTS, Flex FM, Reprezent, BBC 1Xtra
and eventually releasing music on Bandcamp
through the Style & Sound series.
Having a wide interest in music his beats are
usually somewhere in (but not limited to)
the bass spectrum between
Grime, UK Funky and bass heavy UKG.
Moving forward the main focus is building the BASH brand which combines music releases and cool stuff to wear.
